We use the information you provide to assess enquiries and loan applications, respond to your questions, process job applications, and comply with applicable regulatory and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements. We do not sell your personal information.

4. NIC and sensitive data handling

Where your NIC number is required for identity verification, we store it in masked form together with a one-way cryptographic hash used only to detect duplicate applications. We do not display full NIC numbers in our systems' user interfaces.

5. Data retention

We retain enquiry and application data for as long as necessary to process your request and to meet our regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
